On Thursday, Gracie graduated from pre-school at Dixie College. They had a big ceremony at the school where the kids performed some songs and little cheers. One of my favorite cheers was:
There are a hundred reasons you should know
Why Dixie College is the place to go
I learned and laughed and danced and played
So look out kindergarten... I'm on my way!!!
After the performance, the kids were dressed in caps and gowns. The girls wore red and the boys were in gray (Dixie's colors). They walked through a big "D" and were given a diploma. The first picture is of Gracie and her teacher, Mrs. Teresa Provost. The second is just a cute cap and gown picture. The third is of her jumping for joy. And the last picture is of her receiving her Diploma.
Gracie loved pre-school and learned so much. She is already reading quite well. She knows all of her letters and the sounds they make. She knows her numbers, how to count by 2's, and how to write each of her letters. We are so proud of her. Congratulations Gracie!

YAY!!! congrats Louis!! We love you. Watch out Kindergarten! I LOVE the picture of her jumping! So cute!!
Congratulations to our darling little Gracie!! We know you were the cutest/smartest girl in pre-school and suspect you will be in kindergarten too!! I can remember the day you were born, it seems just like yesterday and now here you are all grown up and off to BIG school. Wow, where does the time go.....We LOVE you!!
