Garrett was drafted this year into the American League Majors. That is a big deal here in St. George. He is one of two ten year olds on his team. The rest of the team are 11 and 12. He has been struggling with hitting due to the new speed of pitches. His team is doing great and have won all of their games except for one (they tied). Last Thursday, Garrett got his first big hit. He smacked it right past the short stop and out into left field. We are so excited for him!

Hey, I want to make a comment on this cute family blog. The Hydes are just the greatest!! As for Garrett and his BIG HIT, we can't believe we missed it but I know there will be many more hits to come and we will be there for those. Way to go Grant on your BIG basketball year!! These Clippers don't suck, that's for sure!! Gracie, our darling little girl, well not so little anymore I guess, WOW no more training wheels!! You are so awesome. Love, Nana
